We saw a week with HUGE swings in the market, but ending almost where it started, near record highs. Next week most of the big tech companies report earnings. NFLX reported last week and we saw the stock price drop. INTC also dropped. Bitcoin and other cryptos dropped this week. Oil was flat, Gold and Bonds rallied. Another week, yet another record high in ALL three major indexes as we closed out another monthly Options expiration cycle. The Small-caps are still lagging a bit!  The big Banks reported great earnings this week. Next week we get more big names including NFLX, INTC & IBM. The big IPO this week was from Coinbase, bringing crypto more into the limelight. Bitcoin hit 64,000 this week. VIX futures are at very low levels, and expire this week, possibly slowing this non-stop 3 week  rally -we'll see. The VIX continued to drop. Oil was up, along with Gold and Bonds. Another week, another record high! The SPX not only crossed 4000, but ended the week over 4100, an incredible one week move higher. The VIX continued to drop. Oil was mostly flat, as Gold and Bonds were up a bit. We closed out the quarter with a bang! The SPX was up this week, crossing the 4000 mark, as more stimulus plans were announced for infrastructure support ($2.2 trillion more). The Futures also rallied a bit on Good Friday morning (a trading holiday) on a good monthly Jobs report. The VIX continued to drop. The S&P is up almost 6% for the year.
