Stock Market Weekly update -Feb 1
The S&P 500 ended mostly flat last week, though with large up & down swings, as the Fed kept interest rates unchanged and we got earnings from big Tech. Small-caps dropped. MU was up for a 7th consecutive week! NFLX dumped for yet another week -10 weeks now? MSFT had a huge drop after earnings, continuing the downtrend which started when they last reported earnings in October. META rallied on earnings. Gold and Silver crashed after a massive multi-week rally. Correspondingly, the Dollar had a late week rally after seeing a big drop for 2 weeks. Bitcoin/ Crypto saw a huge drop.
