After this multi-week selloff, we finally got the big rally, triggered in my opinion by a confluence of events last week: VIX futures expiration (Tue), Fed rate hike (WED), and Quarterly Options expiration (FRI) -wiping out all the bearish Puts!  That's not to say that the downtrend is over -only time will tell. The market continued its downward moves again last week, dropping below the low of last Oct, but then abruptly reversed as Russia invaded Ukraine! We saw a huge 2 day rally after the invasion.  We'll see how far this rally goes... still in a downtrend since the start of 2022.  The market continued its downward moves last week, now approaching the Jan bottom, which also coincides with the early Oct bottom last year. Maybe we'll find some 'support' at that level, otherwise we'll be in for a bigger ride down.
